Arise. Shine. Thy Light is Come.

Produced by Manoa Sky Films
Premier date: December 12, 2023 on Manoa Sky’s YouTube channel

It is an honor to have this opportunity to speak on life, art, faith, and calling and how it coalesces into the fulfillment of life. With a sensitive soul, genuine spirit, and generous heart, Tamotsu so beautifully captures the heart and mind of my life’s work, with a focus on Arise. Shine. Thy Light is Come. We spent hours discussing the unseen forces that pull us into fields of discovery, watering the inspiration that eagerly germinates within, before finding its expression without.

Manoa Sky Films meets people heart to heart to heart. (The heart to document the heart of the people whose heart is to serve with heart). It is my privilege to share in the work with these ones whose lives bring more warmth, meaning, and care into a world that so desperate needs it. My deepest gratitude to Tamotsu for your grace, generosity, and most intentional work. Click on the image below to gain access to the full documentary.

From filmmaker Tamotsu Timo Tome:
The name Manoa Sky, derives from the Hawaiian word manoa which represents vastness or depth, the word sky describing heights. In this way, Manoa Sky encapsulates the profound exploration of the human experience, encompassing both its depths and heights.

In 2015, I had the privilege of working closely with The Artist Odyssey, and it is my honor to be the featured artist of their first documentary. I hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed talking art with these brilliant filmmakers, watching them at their craft, and sitting in awe and utter humility of what they have created here.
